Sport Management Polska offers the possibility of preparing contracts for each of the parties involved in sponsoring program.

SMP has a special and unique knowledge on how to apply the relevant legal provisions in contracts.

This knowledge is the result of cumulative years of experience, gained during the implementation of projects in a wide variety of sports.

The offer of sponsorship contract preparation is a very important service given by SMP. Advantageously prepared  ensures a win-win agreement for all parties.

For sponsorship program participants professionally prepared agreement is crucial - is a guarantee of good cooperation between the cooperating parties.

  • The agreement between Telefonia Dialog SA and the Polish Swimming Association
  • The agreement between SA Euromark (Campus brand) and the Siberia-Mongolia Expedition 2009

SMP is the author of Polish Swimming promotional success. In years 2005-2008, the company was the sole representative of Polish Swimming Association in marketing actions. During this time SMP has also created two major sponsorship programs for Bioton SA and Telefonia Dialog SA.
On behalf of the Tauron Group, SMP in cooperation with research institute ARC Market and Opinion has developed a unique research methodology. It was realized at the worlds standard level and it was used for the selection, planning, analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of sponsorship activities.
